| Persyaratan: | • A good Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science from a renowned University; • At least 10 years of working experience in senior management level in a process manufacturing industry; • Experienced in managing oil refinery/ edible oil related processing factories preferred • High level of integrity, drive and result oriented; • Possess strong business acumen, leadership and abilities to motivate all levels of staff; • Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines; • Highly eloquent with excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written and spoken English and Malay language); • Knowledge in OSHA, RSPO, Food Safety certifications and CSR are prerequisites. |
| Deskripsi pekerjaan: | • Manage the running of the
oil refinery factory and lead the development and implementation of
policies, plans and practices as per market requirements; • Plan, direct and control all manufacturing operation activities (production, installation, quality control, maintenance) at the factory to ensure plant optimization for the production of quality products within specified time and budgetary guidelines; • To lead, manage and drive factory operational results to ensure lean and efficient performance in tandem with the company direction and vision • Establish and monitor KPIs and initiating countermeasures for deviation from targets; • Provide the leadership in continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management; • Manage factory staff force, ensure HR policies being developed and carried out in place; • Mindful on the various governmental policies/ tax development in Malaysia and adopt strategic approaches to minimize operational risks and optimize available incentives; • Provide leadership to build and maintain a good working by charting relevant career development programmes and succession plan. |
