Persyaratan :
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in the country or abroad
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Possess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good proficiency of English
- Strong field experiences in handling wet market customers
- Self motivated, dynamic and aggressive person

Deskripsi pekerjaan :
- Leading a team of sales people to expand and penetrate traditional market in Central Java branch
- Build in aggressive base of customers both wholesalers and retailers in Central Java branch
- Ensure achievements of company sales and distribution objectives
